BC Gas Lifetime Achievement Award

In partnership with the Vancouver Public Library and BC Bookworld, BC Gas initiated this award to celebrate and support outstanding literary careers in British Columbia. There is a cash prize and the recipient's name is added to the library's 'Walk of Fame.' [Editor's note, In 2003, this award became the Terasen Lifetime Achievement Award. In 2007, the award was renamed the George Woodcock Lifetime Achievement Award.]
